"They’re such a lifesaver! I can’t say enough good things about Weelibear. They make discharges way smoother on a busy floor because they’re so proactive with the patients."

"Jesse's service is fantastic. He is always on time, very careful with the transport and easy to work with. His great physical strength is very helpful. As a former Marine, Jesse can handle any situation and stay calm. I highly recommend Weelibear."

"OMG, if there’s one thing I have to say about this NEMT service, it’s that Gio somehow makes work way more fun (and a lot less stressful). Always on time, super helpful with patients—plus, TBH, a little charm never hurts when you’re hustling through a long shift :)."

"Following my discharge for knee replacement surgery at UCSF/Mt. Zion hospital in San Francisco, I took the advice of a satisfied neighbor and booked Weelibear non-emergency medical transport service to take me and my wife back to our home in Marin County. It was a wonderful experience. Veteran-owner and operated by two brothers, Jess and Gio, I found them to be responsive, forthcoming, and for my trip (not needing to use their mechanized wheelchair stair ramp) very reasonable. Gio was the driver and picked us up in a clean van with a wheelchair and ramp. He was very professional and accommodating. For example, he waited for my wife to pick up my medications at the pharmacy and was available to help me get into my house using a walker. This is a wonderful new company that provides a needed service, and I highly recommend it.— N.A.K., February 11, 2025."
